  • REGISTRATION
    Questions regarding registration.
  • Employer OR Contractor? How do I know?
    

    The rule of thumb is, if you want to hire a contractor to to any type of job or service for you, you will then have to register as a "Employer" 
    




    If you are a Contractor (The person who will do the job) or service provider and want to offer your service to others, you will have to register as a "Contractor" this will allow you to apply to do work or offer to do any service or job.
    

  • I AM UNDER 18 YEARS.
    

    Registration is open to all who are 18 years of age and older at the time of registration.
    

  • CAN A BUSINESS REGISTER?
    

    Yes, a Company or Business may register as well, Security companies can register as a contractor. This will allow you to apply to do the job and send out your guard.
    

  • DO I PAY TO REGISTER?
    

    Registration is FREE! for all users.
    

  • HOW DO I REGISTER?
    

    Find the register button located on the top menu bar and click "REGISTER"
    

  • CREDITS
    Questions regarding credits.
  • HOW DO I BUY CREDITS?
    

    Credits can be purchased by locating the "Credits" button located on the top menu bar of the website.  The credits button can also be found in your Dashboard by clicking payments and then Escrow. 
    




    

  • WHAT ARE CREDITS?
    

    Credits are purchased on the website and is a form of payment used for applying to job listings.  
    

  • ACCOUNT INFO

  • HOW DO I CONNECT TO STRIPE?
    

    A stripe account is needed only for "Contractors" this is so you can receive your payment into your secure Stripe dashboard, You can release your funds from your Stripe dashboard to your nominated New Zealand bank account. 
    




    You can connect to your Stripe account by clicking "CREDITS" then "ESCROW" you will see a "CONNECT" button. Click the "CONNECT" button and follow the Stripe account setup process. When you have finished setting up the Stripe account you will return to the Security Officer site and refresh your page to be connected, great! you are now connected and all payments sent to you via the site will be stored safely in your Stripe account until transferred by you.
